We have been involved in the Canada Water and Rotherhithe area for many years and support a number of local organisations, and are committed to working closely with Southwark Council, local residents and other key stakeholders to deliver a new town centre for Canada Water.

Townshend Landscape Architects are a London-based Landscape Architecture practice established in 1988 by Robert Townshend.
AECOM is the community engagement consultant for the Canada Water Masterplan, overseeing community correspondence including construction neighbour liaison. AECOM also provide project management for the Masterplan.
Southwark Council has a dual function as planning authority and freeholder of the majority of Surrey Quays Shopping Centre and Printworks sites. They are closely involved in the development of the masterplan.
